Panasonic SD-YD250 Automatic Bread Maker, I can say I have used one of these now for a bit (5 years) on a weekly basis. I don't bake specialty breads but we do make pizza dough and regular bread in it on a weekly basis. This is the most quiet bread machine we have had. Our other 2 machines were Breadman brand and we wore them to the ground. This is a new one and so far it bakes wonderfully. I have used the pizza dough cycle and the rapid bake cycle because I just don't think it's worth waiting for the regular cycle (4 hrs and something) when the rapid bread tastes amazing after only 1hr55min.
